This policy explains how Marketing Turismo Dentale collects, uses and protects personal data through this website and the lead-generation funnels we operate — both our own dental-tourism funnels and campaigns run on behalf of specific clinics — in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation 2016/679).

Data we collect

- Enquiry data: the dental treatments you are interested in and any information you choose to share about your needs.
- Technical and usage data: cookies, analytics and advertising identifiers used to measure campaign performance.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to: respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); send you information you explicitly requested (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); and measure and improve our advertising (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, through aggregated and anonymised metrics wherever possible).
Transfer to third-party dental clinics
Whether a funnel is operated on behalf of a specific clinic or belongs to our own dental-tourism lead funnels, your enquiry data is transmitted to the clinic that will handle your request only with your explicit consent, so that its team can contact you with a quote. The clinic acts as an independent controller of the data it receives. Your data is never sold or shared with multiple unrelated clinics.
Processors and international transfers
We use service providers such as Meta and Google for advertising and measurement; they process data under their own terms and applicable transfer mechanisms. Where data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to handle your request and for a maximum of 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law or by a contract between us. Technical data is retained according to the tools' default settings, in aggregated form where possible.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data; to restrict or object to processing; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
